How can I get a mildew smell out of a wool area rug?

The rug is only a few months old, 5' x 8', short pile, and mostly wool. The label says not to use a steam cleaner on it. We recently had a mildew problem in a closet (different room) and now I am noticing the underside of the rug is starting to smell musty. The is no visible mildew yet. I live near the coast and so it is usually a little damp. I can put the rug in the sun for a few hours if that might help. Any ideas?

"well i`ll be", he went to a suitcase, dug around a while and came up with a photo of him, at age 21, in Copenhagen with two of his mates, sitting between them, at that same fountain. even spookier, dad went to Australia that year and spent 4 years in the Australian Army. anyone got something to beat that one?

Should he expect me to wait for him?

I have been seeing this guy for about two months and he has decided that his best career option is to become a trucker. Help me choose a career path in medicine?

I'm not in the medical profession, but I'm basing my answer on friends I know who have worked in some capacity in each of these specialties. Pharmacists' jobs are very stressful, require being 100% accurate at a very quick pace, have to deal with more grumpy customers, and are probably the most exposed to germs due to their contact with people getting their meds. They also often work long hours. Vets have to deal with all kinds of animals, not just dogs and cats, and often get bitten, scratched, etc. In addition, they are always on call for animal emergencies. My personal advice would be to be an optometrist as long as you are really interested in it. The work is slower paced, the patients are generally calmer, and you'd basically have a straight 5 dy/wk 8 hr/dy job. While they do work very up close and personal with people and are exposed to germs, it is less likely that their patients are sick at the time of their appointments.

Emory is without doubt the most respected of these schools, although Vanderbilt is also a decent school. U Md is everyone's safety school. It has basically no prestige at all. So, if you really are intent on getting into a top law school, I dont think MD can hold a candle to the other two. IF you go to MD you have to understand that you will really need to have an absolutely top GPA and recommendations coming out or you will be at some third level law school and wind up defending traffic fines and writing wills in Baltimore.

It really depends on the individual. I played piano for years, and picked up guitar. Within a few hours I could play some recognisable tunes, and a few months later I did a grading in it. My brother on the other hand has been at it for years and hasn't grasped the basics.

This I think is a badly worded question as to ask for a shape and then state it is a rectangle is rather odd, but I think it is asking for the dimensions of the rectangle. I met the perfect guy! But..........?

The other day, at a fair just out of my own county, it a friend. We were walking through the art barn and grabbing all of the free fliers and surveys. As I walked ahead of my friend to a booth about abortion, I stopped to pick up the fliers. First, a women came up to me and started talking to me, after she walked away a young guy walked up to me. I wasn't paying any attention at first but, when I looked up, i realized he was gorgeous! He was tall with curly hair and we was smiling at me. He asked me for a free DVD and I said "sure." I had this amazing feeling, like he was the perfect guy. Not that he was a flawless, just that he was perfect for me and the guy that gave me hope. When he back he was joking and giggling about the DVD be graphic and making me smile. Everything I was saying was so stupid but he wa laughing at it all! He kept smiling at me and really looking at me, i could tell he was looking into my eyes. I don't know why, but i just left and walked away when my friend called. We could have been so perfect! But, I failed and i'll never know what could have happen. I try to keep telling myself that everything happens for a reson and if we were meant to be together, we'll me again. dude you did exactally what i did. i love playing guitar. What ya gotta do is learn metal. Metal is the best kind of music to play. Its fast, it requires accuracy, it requires chops, it requires stamina and its just fun to play. i reccomend learning Megadeth, metallica and some slayer songs (especially raining blood, its so fun when people say "dude i can play raining blood on guitar hero" then i whip out my guitar and say "ooooh dude i can play raining blood on my guitar!") Learning to play heavy metal will get you to become more accurate and fast. Also will help you with soloing. I also reccomend you go out (or go online) and purchase guitar pro 5. serioulsy the best thing ive every bought. It helps you so much with guitar. Its very difficult to describe how it works thoguh so i reccomend you check it out. Guitar pro will seriously help your guitar playing, especially if you want to learn some metal. Good luck dude

Hi, I had miscarriage in December and am now pregnatn again. I have a lot more symptoms i.e. sickness, peeing more & sore and - I am worried about have lower back pain and this means the start of a miscarriage I had the pain last night but when I woke it was gone - through the day having slight twinges but not that I am crying over it if you know what I mean have had worst period pains. a dana 44 is on the front end of most of the older and some newer dodges, fords and chevrolet, a dana 60 is a strong rear end, as is the ford 9 inch, after that there are all kinds of really expensive hard to break rear ends. all my mp[ars had a dana 60 and I tortured mine so I know thats one tough mother. it never broke and I fried a lot of tires with it. hopefully someone else can come up with the other stuff.

Okay, I am a big fan of late 1960s-early 1970s occult & art films. The depiction of ritual in these films is usually amazing (ie; hippie folks with wild long hair performing bachian & fertility rites). I wouldn't clify many of these scenes as "Hollywood" at all. (e.g, The ORIGINAL Wickerman, Alejandro Jodorowsky's Holy Mountain, and even Dark Shadows (this is a little Hollywood-but so macabre!!!) My husband and I have an 18 wheeler rig. His friend is giving us a Chihuahua puppy at the end of the year. Car was stuck on Icy road, would Insurance company consider the case as an accident?

I was driving my car (FWD) in the neighborhood for grocery shopping. It snowed 4-5 days ago and the temperature was around 30F. Ice was cleared on some major roads but many streets in the neighborhood were still covered by thin layer of ice. I drove to a supermarket less than a mile away. I was stuck in the middle of the road during the return trip to home. The car was unable to move on the ice. I must move away the car to avoid the traffic. Insurance company roadside istance's response was to send a tow truck 9 hours later (midnight on that day) and suggested me to find other solutions by myself. Finally a local tow company came and provided a winching service $200. The tow truck driver said I should be able to file a claim as minor accident since winching was used due to bad road condition. I received the result of claim investigation and insurance company would only pay $50 on towing reimbursement since there was no damage to the car. Do I have any option?

I think that worrying too much about might make it harder for them. (they can feel your tension) I say put them together in a room alone as often as possible and let them be boys together. Your son may be having a hard time with this because before your finance he was the man in your life. I can't really tell you how the discipline should be handled but i can tell you how it is here. Because my husband has been here for as long as my daughter can remember, we share discipline. Her dad is in her life but more as a weekend dad, you know ice cream, candy pop, see you in 2 weeks. I think that if you just leave them to it they will figure out how their relationship needs to be on their own. For now, do what you can to get them to spend time together.

We live in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania but, I'm moving to Palmerton, Pennsylvania. We both will only work together. We won't work different shifts but, we will take eachothers shifts if the other one is sick or has something important. Also, we live in the United States. We only speak English. Hi I'm still a minor and I've had diabetes since I was about three and a half. I've been told the majority of my life that diabetes will take off 10 years no matter what you do, and it can take off up to 30 years or more if you don't have it in control. Going through puberty my blood sugar fluctuates a bit with my hormones, but generally speaking I have it pretty much under control. My average range is 70-150, like the standard diabetic's, but I aim for it to be more around 90-120. Occasionally there are higher and lower numbers, just like with all diabetics. I bike regularly (at least 30 mins a day, 5-6 days a week) as a form of excersize, but I'm still wondering if I'm more likely to die at age 71 or earlier as opposed to the average american's lifespan of 81 (for women). hey,im cant ure you that what i am about to suggest can work for you but i just wanted to help....i had the same problem before on my pc that has an xp os on it...is your os winxp? anyways....they usually say to update your driver etc....but i have read that letting windows handle your wireless connection sometimes doesn't work....so mine turns out to be a realtek driver and it provides a software that handles the connection for you...so what im saying is...try going to view connections and then right click the connection that you wanna use,go to properties and then click the wireless connection tab and unchek the let windows handle etc...then after that,try using the software your driver has and let it handle the connection for you...it worked for me i hope this works for you too...

Hi thanks for reading this i am posting this because it has been bothering me since the last time i went over there and want to know what other people think about it. okay well first i will tell you what side i am on " I think this is mean how they are treating there rabbit" i have 2 pet rabbits and they have a huge cage with shade outside in the spring summer and fall and in the winter we bring them inside and put them in a really big indoor cage but anyways they have had a rabbit for probably about 4 or 5 years and there rabbit is about a foot long and fat and hes not fat because he gets a lot of food he is fat because he gets know excersise because he is kept in this tiny little cage like probably less than a foot longer than him and probably like a foot and 2 inches wide. and i think that is mean if you saw his cage you would think it is way to small for him and he is a really nice rabbit so i feel bad for him. they keep him outside all year round in there garage and that sounds pretty fine but its not because they have him in a window in there garage and in the summer it gets super hot in there and it doesnt help any being in a window where sun can go right at him and it is like sooooo hot in there during the summer i feel really bad for him and now this winter like a 3 weeks ago we went over there and i asked if we could go out and play with there rabbit and they said sure so we went out there and he had this tiny bowl of water tiped over and completley solid ice and he had a really small bowl of food well not really cuz there was NO food in there at all. and he had NO bedding in there what so ever and NOT even a little rabbit cave in there to keep him warm so he had NOOOOOO (food, water, bedding, or cave) NOTHING to keep him warm:( I felt so bad for him because it was freezing out there and he has short thin fur and i had on a big winter coat and gloves in a shut garage and i froze and you could tell that he was cold. :( so i felt so bad so i opened the cage and grabbed him to try to get him a little warm and they had a huge thing of rabbit bedding sitting next to his cage and i asked if they ever put that in there for him and she said yes but its not to keep warm it is for the bottom part of the cage that is under the wire part that he stands on so his feet are not even touching the bedding it is just for under neeth the cage for when he goes poop and pee so it is easier to clean out and they like never take him out of his cage like only once in a great while because they dont pay attention to him and they say he is to hard to get out so when i watched them try to get him out of his cage he did that little rabbit growl / hiss thing and started scratching them but when i tried to get him out he came right to me and let me grab him so i dont think he likes them and even when they can get him out they dont hold him long at all because my friend and her sisters and mom are allergic to him but yet they still have him so I put him back in his cage and grabbed a whole bunch of bedding and put in the upper part of his cage so he could burrow into it and my friend didnt care but her mom got it for the bottom part of the cage oh and i think they only feed him lettuce and a lil hay no regular rabbit food and because his cage is so tiny he like never moves he just sits there in one place he does not have a good life he is an unhappy rabbit and my mom and her mom are really good friends so my mom talked to her mom about him and her mom asked us if we wanted him and my mom said we couldnt have another rabbit since we have 2 but then my mom changed her mind and called her back a week later and told her we would take him and her mom said NO because her younger daughter still wants him and she never even takes care of him. uhh but any ways i feel bad for him and think he has a bad life and would kind of call that animal abuse. so anyways THANK YOU for reading this I know it was really really long but I appreciate it and would like to Know what you think of this. How long can it take to Heal Plantar Fasciitis?

I was diagnosed with this 8 months ago..and that was after suffering for about 3 months with it before going to the doctors. I had been faithfully walking the treadmill for at least an hour a day most days close to 1 .5. The doc said I was over stepping my stride? We'll I have the inserts in my shoes I bought sacounys 2 months ago (they feel better then the inserts) but even with stretching it still hurts..some times it will throb for several hours after stretching. The doc said it can take several months to heal...should this have healed by now? I have given up on running..Im not a athlete, I was just looking to get healthy. I tried the bike...it felt fine while riding it, but I was in pain for two days after. I am limping everywheres!!

So i'm taking just 2 mg. of valium for my jaw because I have tmj problems and it's been locked. But the medicine isn't really working. I've realized that my drinking is a problem. I have pretty much used it all of my life to "cure" anxiety and to lessen my inhibitions so I wasn't so nervous and shy in social settings. Obviously, the wrong plan of action...However, in the past year things have gotten worse for me and I have been drinking literally everyday. I realized about a week ago that enough is enough and have stopped but I keep having big urges to drink and my anxiety is up, I am very irritable, depressed, and experience insomnia. I just want to better my life and stop being controlled by alcohol. I would like to go to therapy but am also interested in naltrexone to ist in my recovery process. Anyone take this before? How long and how much were you drinking? Did it help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I really want to get better once and for all thanks :)

I like the sound of barn b better. I like how you would have to groom the horse before you ride, it's important to learn how to groom a horse properly and should be taught at any barn. What are my rights as a renter when it comes to Automatic Rent Withdrawals?

I am renting from a property management company. I signed up for automatic rent withdrawals over a year ago. Everything has been going fine. I noticed a few days ago my rent had not been taken out, but I figured it was slow to post online. Then I get a letter from the property manager saying we are delinquent on our rent payment for this month. The automatic payment didn't work! We have sufficient funds in our account, we have always paid on time, and we never gave anyone authorization to terminate the automatic withdrawals. I am afraid my property manager is going to say its my fault and still make us pay a late fee. What are my rights as a renter when Automatic Rent Withdrawals does not work and my property manager wants to charge me a late fee?

I'm in a mildly intense summer Physical Education cl. I wake up at six o'clock in the morning and get to the cl's headquarters at seven. I do a tough workout including some sort of "extreme" game (extreme volleyball, extreme baseball, extreme basketball, et cetera), weight lifting (bench pressing, curls using dumb bells, et cetera), followed by a cardio session (in which we will run a mile, walk two or three miles, do "community service", or some other activity to get our hearts pumping). Monday, our cl ran up and down row after row of metal bleachers, followed by brisk walking and then repeating the entire process over again two more times. I go to sleep fairly early, getting enough healthy rest, but, today (Tuesday), when we started running, I had sharp pains in my knee area, immediately below my kneecap. They have not gone away since then (around nine o'clock in the morning). I don't have any known family cases of knee problems, but my knee hurts nonetheless. I'm thin, so there isn't much weight I'm putting on my legs or feet, but I am pretty out of shape. My parents won't buy me a knee brace until the pain persists, and my dad tells me masking the pain with painkillers won't work, because inside, it'll only let things get worse. My question is: "What's wrong?" Also, I have three more days of the cl (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), and one absence equals three zeros in my grade book. What should I do?

Just a comment. My horse behaves perfectly well all summer long, but in the fall with deer rutting he gets very nervous. I have had several fast rides back to the barn in the fall for no particular reason. Being ridden by new riders and inexperienced riders does not give the horse a sense of safety. Perhaps the horses are perfectly fine, but you just picked a bad time to go riding.

I'm not a vet, but I have several cats. Crush the pill up and make a paste out of it with water. Wipe it on the back of her paw. She will immediately try to lick it off, problem solved. Is it possible to become an astrophysicist later in life?

I see alot of people at my college who are middle aged or older than the average student. I was wondering how hard it is to get into a phd program in astrophysics once you have been out of school (working) for a few years. I am a senior majoring in economics. I have taken general physics (excellent grades), introductory C++, general chem, higher level mathematics (linear algebra, differential equations). I know that acceptance to phd programs in astronomy or astrophysics depend on research experience as well. Its not a concrete goal of mine but just something i think of in case i want to do something else with my life later on. How will be my chances of getting into a good program after working for a few years? (provided i take any pre requisite cles in physics etc, i do not have any research experience in physics).

sounds good, although personally i dont go with care fresh for my bedding. i have found that yesturdays news cat litter (unscented) is best for keeping smell down, and comes out cheaper in the long run. (its pelleted recycled newspaper and absorbs like no other!) i work in a petstore where we keep our rats on carefresh, and constantly changing it everyday. ive also had some ppl i know do a mix of carefresh and yest. news. but other then that what you have started in your list sounds great! rats are a riot to keep (i bought my 4yr old daughter 2 for xmas, and i swear they were the perfect pet for her. they wont bite her no matter what, and they run to her all the time. ) also with the shoe box, as long as you have a bunch of them laying around, its ok (although watch if theyre cardboard, cardboard is made with glue, and not good for rats). reason being, rats cant control where they "go" so the shoe box can get saturated rather quickly, and be pretty smelly within a few days. i found the plastic igloos work well, since they dont absorb waste, and they are easy to wash. other then that GOOD LUCK!!! i would be sooo excited goin out to pick out rats (the ppl at work always bring me over to see the new young rats that come to my work, to try and get me to buy them so they dont become snake food.....)

The only way to avoid being involuntary committed is to tell your family that you WANT to be committed. This way they will not take you against your will. They still might use cuffs just because you're so dangerous but they will only use the kind of cuffs that have the super sharp edges so if you try to break out of them you will bleed. My girlfriend suffers from SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) which means she can't move her body too well. She is wheel chair bound and cannot open or close her hands but she can feed herself. Her mom holds on to the babies birth certificate and social security cards etc. When she asked for our daughters birth certificate her mother wouldn't give it to her. Her mother told her her SSI was cut off but yesterday we found out her mom was really taking the money and claiming it as rent for us to live there despite the fact her mother is the one who forced her to live there and wont let her leave and being shes wheel chair bound and needs somoene to push the wheelchair she cant leave on her own and i cant bring her without a car. Her mom has been stealing her SSI money, using our child and my gf's sister child who doesnt even live there to claim taxes, put them on her section 8 get food stamps for them and all that. Originally I wanted to go down to the police and let them know that she is being held against her will, her mom has been opening her mail is taking her SSi doing tax fraud and welfare and section 8 scams. But if I go tot he cops out here theres no way I can oversee her getting out of her moms house cuz her mom is an extremely tricky person. So I was planning to have my brother drive me down ni the middle of the night and her brother would open the door for us and we would sneak her out with our daughter. But after this were not 100% sure on the neccessary steps to deal with her mom and get the birth certificate and have it changed and have the SSI transfered and all that being her mom also holds on to my gf's papers and refuses to give it to her which makes it hard for her to do anything

Tell your parents about how you feel and get them to take you to a gender therapist. The gender therapist can, if you want them to, get you testosterone that will make you manly. For now you need to stop being concerned with being "normal." That almost killed me. Just be proud of who you are. You can't change how masculine you are any more than your brother can.

Ignition problems on 94 honda accord?

ok i just purchased a 94 honda accord coupe lx 11april 07 when i first got into the car and put the key in the ignition for the test drive it put up a bit of a struggle the sales rep informed me that there was a trick to it that i had to push it in to crank it, it still put up a bit of a struggle but once it turned it prrrr'd like a kitten and ran like a dream i drove it to the car wash mcdonalds ect ect the point being i took the key out several times in 3 days and it crunk up no problem now all of the sudden out of the blue my steering wheel locked up and wont unlock and the key wont turn past the first dot no matter how i try, the autozone guy tipped me of that it could be the ignition cylinder but i just want to make sure before i give them $160 and $95 to a local mechanic or give o'reilly's $120 for the same part , i also noticed push ons starters maybe after i put the new ign. to prevent this problem in the future from ruff or flimsy ignition cylinders

well, being that the 5.9 is a larger motor, without a hemispherical head im sure it would fit. I have a 5.9 in my Ram and i've looked into swapping a hemi...and its not easy in my truck...so im sure it would be about the same if not more in yours. Not to discourage you...its very possible.
