This dude last year..?

OK so there was this super cutie in my cl last year and he flirted with me all the time. Now, he completely ignores talking to me. He just brisks my shoulder or takes peeks in my direction or talks to my BFFs at school (not me). He has become more involved with girls than last year but he only maybe likes a really bratty one. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?!
