How should i ask my neighbor to reimburse me for lost revenue because of his negligence?

How can he owe you for a loss because you were using his connection? Did he know you were using it? Even if he did, I don't see how he could owe you..it's your company maybe you should of invested in your own connection to ensure this would not happen..as far as getting a credit card in his name...it's Identity theft..and in no way should you do it. Take some responsibility for yourself..it's your fault for not having planned your business strategy better.
