Can i be pregnant???? please help?

me any my bf have had a few times this month.....we use a spermicidal condom every time and we are super cautious....he puts the condom on correctly and he checks it periodically for rips and tears during .....i am not on birth control we just use condoms and he pulls out before he even gets off....none of our condoms have ever broke or anything but im paranoid about being pregnant.....please give me your alls answers...thanks
