Big Brother on Showtime 2?

I love Big Brother and am trying to decide whether its worth it to watch After Dark on Showtime2. Already I noticed that on first nights episode it revealed who was nominated prior to the live show on Sunday when I normally would have found out. Does anyone know when they actually tape the nominations and veto ceremony (eastern time)? Maybe I can develop a system of when exactly I can watch After Dark without screwing up suspense of regular CBS show. What do other BB fans do?
