I pierced my ear friday sunday my lobe had become swollen and red i've cleaned it but still no change?

I have been cleaning it with anti-septic, also slightly on my ear there are a few small spots and behind my ear on my neck the skin has become a bit like my ear and a few spots have appeared? can anyone please help me because im becoming increasingly worried.
