After you have a vehicle title notarized to someone else....?

Are you saying you have a car that is titled to some one else. As far as your DMV is concerned the car legally belongs to the person named on the FRONT of the title. If you got it from someone that did not put it in their name you have real problems. You will NEVER be able to register the car because the person you got it from did not own it, and therefore not legally able to give/sell it to you.
