Do I have TMJ or something similar?

Since Sunday, My head right above my temple has been sore, especially when I open my mouth wide. It does feel like I have a bruise above my temple, but I never hit my head on anything. It feels tender when I touch it, but it doesnt hurt most of the time. My mouth doesnt hurt either. Could I have TMJ or something similar?
