Animated cartoon orange fish movie started with a "P" NOT NEMO?

It came out maybe about a year if not then 2 years ago, I can't remember the name of it. It IS NOT NEMO. but it was an orange fish that i think turned into a little girl or something. the title started with a P if some one could please help me think of the name. Thank you Holly :)
