Has anyone ever gotten pregnant while wearing a condom if they were fertile?

just wondering because i want to be 100 percent certain i wont get preg if i mess around tonight. and also does taking vitamins similar to prenatals cause you to be more susceptible to getting pregnant, im taking them but their not prenantals but like them for my hair and all..
