What area in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex is overwhelmingly populated by the White working poor?

Please believe me, i am not floating a racist or bigoted question here. I am merely collecting random data about perceptions of socio-economic attitudes regarding the different neighbourhoods within the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I am especially interested in researching an area of that region which is predominantly White with higher than average levels of poverty and low levels of educational attainment. Thanks.
