Hi cramping in back etc.?

Hi, I had miscarriage in December and am now pregnatn again. I have a lot more symptoms i.e. sickness, peeing more & sore and - I am worried about have lower back pain and this means the start of a miscarriage I had the pain last night but when I woke it was gone - through the day having slight twinges but not that I am crying over it if you know what I mean have had worst period pains. Has anyone had similar experiences and is back pain a start of a miscarriage or just normal not getting much pain in tummy on twinge and no bleeding .....
