Anybody who suffered miscarriages or still births plz answer need help?

hello everyone im really upset because i was looking forward to my sons autopsy report which i was told will be due in 4-6 weeks and it has now been 4 weeks since god has taken him and i miss him so much, they told me it isn't ready yet and it will be longer then 4-6 weeks but my thing is why did they tell me it will take 4-6 weeks in the first place if they knew it would take longer i feel like they are trying to cover something up because my baby died 2 days after i was given tylenol codeine in labor and delivery for a bad persistant headache i think they are trying to cover something and i'm mad because they can change the report right?? can anybody please tell me how long it took for you to receive an autopsy report for your fetus/baby? Did they give you a cause of death? I'm sorry for all of us who has had to go through this my son dies midway at 20 weeks and i had to bare full labor with no pain meds for 15 hours to go home empty handed my heart is still bleeding.
