How to make you skin flawless?

I have dry skin and little black heads and pimple here and there, no serious acne. But when I use facial washes they dry out my skin and I end up putting loads of moisturizer on. I want my face to look tight and pretty expecially under my brow because when I put eye shadow on it looks so wrinkly and not attractive what are some good product and things that would help my dry skin.
