ABS and Traction Control lights go on?

Most likely this is a sensor fault. You have a wheel speed sensor at each wheel and it is very common for these to quit working. Chrysler has a service bulletin for this and recommends replacing all four sensors although you don't have to. Base braking system still functions correctly.
