My WINDOWS 7 computer is connected to the internet but the internet will NOT WORK?

I know it has nothing to do with the hotspot/ router becaus internet works on the other two users on my computer just not my main one. Is it a settings problem? WHAT SHOULD I DO I'M GOING INSANE.
