The only way to avoid being involuntary committed is to tell your family that you WANT to be committed. This way they will not take you against your will. They still might use cuffs just because you're so dangerous but they will only use the kind of cuffs that have the super sharp edges so if you try to break out of them you will bleed. But yeah, use reverse psychology to your advantage in this situation.
