Why doesn't my skin heel? Please help?

I have never been a good healer. I have scars on my body from when I was a kid. EVERY cut, sc or pimple I get scars. Even after I shave every little hole is slightly red(not razor burn). And the older I get the worst it gets. Why is my skin like this and what can I do to fix it? Serious answers please!
