How many purges a day counts as SEVERE bulimia . I purge 4-5 times in the week and normally more in the hols. Done it four 3 months everyday but is it worth seeing a doctor/ shrink. And who wud b the ideal person to tell cept for my parents via it's kinda getting more difficult
