I feel uncomfortable in my testicular and vas deferens it is specially getting worse when I am sitting?

i'd also have repeated needs for go for urinate at night. for this i had systoscopic test if i spelled correctly. that doctor given me some caps. for this purpose. these caps. make the muscule around urethra comfortable so that i will be able to empty my bladder completely. i feel better but do i need to talk more about this situation to my doctor. i must add i didn't talk to doctor about vas deferens
